Typically, our AMC period is 12 months. Before expiry, we share performance stats and a renewal quote. You can renew annually, upgrade/downgrade your plan or adjust the number of systems based on your current needs.
Yes. For selected plans (usually Comprehensive or as an add-on), we offer 24x7 critical incident support with committed response times. This is especially useful for businesses running night shifts or production workloads.
Each AMC plan clearly defines the number of scheduled visits and type of remote support. For most clients, there is no limit on reasonable remote tickets, while on-site visits may be capped or chargeable beyond a threshold, depending on the plan.
In service-only AMC, only labour is covered - parts are billed separately after approval. In comprehensive AMC, some or all spare parts are covered as per the agreement (brand, age of device and category are considered while defining scope).
