An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a yearly agreement between your business and our support team. We take full ownership of your IT maintenance - including periodic checkups, preventive health scans, updates and on-call support.

Instead of calling technicians only when something breaks, AMC ensures scheduled care and predictable support costs, reducing sudden downtime and unexpected repair expenses.

How long is the AMC period? Can we renew every year?

Typically, our AMC period is 12 months. Before expiry, we share performance stats and a renewal quote. You can renew annually, upgrade/downgrade your plan or adjust the number of systems based on your current needs.

Do you offer 24x7 support for critical systems?

Yes. For selected plans (usually Comprehensive or as an add-on), we offer 24x7 critical incident support with committed response times. This is especially useful for businesses running night shifts or production workloads.

Is there any limit on support tickets or visits?

Each AMC plan clearly defines the number of scheduled visits and type of remote support. For most clients, there is no limit on reasonable remote tickets, while on-site visits may be capped or chargeable beyond a threshold, depending on the plan.

Are hardware spare parts included in the AMC price?

In service-only AMC, only labour is covered - parts are billed separately after approval. In comprehensive AMC, some or all spare parts are covered as per the agreement (brand, age of device and category are considered while defining scope).

Can we customise AMC only for servers or specific locations?

Absolutely. Many organisations prefer separate AMC coverage for critical servers, data centres, or specific branches. We can design different AMC profiles to match the importance and risk level of each asset or site.
