E Seva Guru is a private, service-based mobile application developed by Marcks Training and IT Services.

• ❌ It does NOT provide any government, statutory, or legal services
• ❌ It does NOT fetch or verify data from any government system or website

User access to the application is strictly controlled by the organization. Only users whose details are already registered in the admin system and who receive login credentials from the organization can use this application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to provide secure internal document access:

• Login Information: Mobile number or employee ID and password
• Basic Profile Information: Name, email address, mobile number, employee ID
• Profile Photo: Optional, uploaded by the user
• Documents: Internal PDF files, reports, and documents uploaded by the organization/admin

3. How We Use the Information

• To authenticate users securely
• To allow users to view organization-uploaded documents
• To manage year-wise or category-wise document access
• To maintain application security and performance
• To enable internal communication between admins and users

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• No GPS or location tracking
• No contacts or call logs
• No SMS or background data
• No banking, card, or payment information
• No biometric or sensitive device data

5. Document Handling & Access

All documents are uploaded and managed exclusively by the organization or its authorized administrator.

Users can access only the documents assigned to them. Documents are not shared with third parties. If no document is available, the application displays an empty state.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.

• Data is accessible only to the respective user and authorized organization administrators
• No data is shared with external parties for marketing or advertising

7. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user data, including secure servers, encrypted storage, and restricted access controls.

Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never visible to administrators.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as the organization continues to use the service. User accounts and related documents may be removed if access is revoked by the organization.

This application is intended strictly for employees and authorized staff members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
